• Fundraising of 985,000.- CHF, from 3 SNF grants and 1 FBM grant

• Design and delivery of a new course and practical on R for the both the Master and doctoral school entitled “Introduction to network analysis for biologists”, reward by excellent evaluations with high attendance (25 students)

• Supervision of 1 PhD Student (now at Stanford University) and Master students (6)

• Establishment of new projects and collaborations within the institution including with Profs N. Perrin, J. Goudet, T. Schwander, Ph. Christe, A. Telenti and Dr. L. Fumagalli

• International representation of the institution: 7-time invited speaker, 7 scientific talks in conferences, 12 international conference attendances, 2 visiting stays (one in US and one in Australia)
